Let’s Talk: Pre-Mother’s Day Brunch

The Jalen L. Hunter Foundation hosted a brunch for mothers that are from Northwest Indiana and have lost children to gun violence. The brunch was a free event where attendees engaged in healthy conversations, met the founder of the JLHF, ate brunch, and received giveaways and prizes. The event was a huge success. It was the first event of 2022 and all the mothers raved about how the Mother’s Day Brunch should be an annual event. JLFH is extremely humbled and proud of how the event turned out and the reception it received from the attendees.

The attire theme was chucks and pearls. Every mother dressed wearing converses and pearls.
